By accessing or using FutureCompaz services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are enrolling a child under 18, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian and accept these terms on their behalf.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Students under 18 may use the platform only under parental supervision and with parental consent provided during registration.
FutureCompaz provides live online tutoring and enrichment classes. We reserve the right to: • Schedule, reschedule, or cancel classes with reasonable notice • Modify course content and curriculum • Remove students from classes for disruptive or inappropriate behavior • Discontinue courses with reasonable notice and a pro-rated refund
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe • Course fees are charged per enrollment or on a subscription basis as specified at checkout • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment for unused classes • No refund is available after 50% or more of enrolled classes have been attended • FutureCompaz reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
All students and parents are expected to: • Treat instructors and other students with respect • Not record, share, or distribute class sessions without written consent • Not engage in cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty • Maintain appropriate behavior during online sessions • Not share login credentials with others Violations may result in immediate removal from classes without refund.
All course materials, curriculum, videos, and content provided by FutureCompaz are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. We comply with COPPA for students under 13. Please review our Privacy Policy at global.futurecompaz.com/privacy.
Students are responsible for having a working computer, stable internet connection, camera, and microphone for live classes. FutureCompaz is not responsible for technical issues on the student's end.
FutureCompaz services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, test scores, or grade improvements. Results depend on student effort, attendance, and individual circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FutureCompaz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 3 months.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
